I can’t really think of an expensive post workout carb supplement though. The ones that cost more tend to be intra.

In the study that was relevant to strength training 500mg was used. Personally I'd start with half to see how you react.

I started taking one pill at 125 mgs of the nootropics depot sensoril. I should probably take two then. I’m taking it more for anxiety to chill out and better sleep.

Started using mega pre black (strawberry pineapple). Tastes so bad, I do dry scooping Works great though.

I've been seeing this Mega Pre Black for $15-$20 a tub lately but a lot of mixed feedback on effects and
so far from the feedback the best flavors are Rainbow Sherbet and Gummy flavor. Never tried it so I can't
comment on effects or flavors.

I never tried anything from this brand but I know you mentioned you like Ape Sh#t so I mentioned to you
that the new packaging with the big pic of the ape on it was reformulated removing the CDP and people
commented that the focus was NOT the same as the old formula.

Yeah, but I've tried the current version as well and enjoyed it. I think both ape**** and megapre are made by the same brand actually.

bought some of the new Kaged Probiotic, suppose to have ergogenic properties, we'll see.. got it mainly to see if it helped digestion too.

Yep they are both made by Primeval Labs and looking at 2 scoops of Mega Pre Black you would think it
would deliver much more than 2 scoops of Ape Sh#t but from feedback I've seen it doesn't.

Yes but at the time stomach was prolly too fkd up to notice any major benefits, wouldn't say it was a fair trial.

Right now Im much better and mainly just need a small bump on that department, that and to quit caffeine lol but its harder to quit when you feel extra tired from other issues.

Whats the go to for bars/mrp bars? Haven't really paid much mind in the last couple years so surely something new and great has come out?

Well, made a big life decision to get my family out of Ontario and move out to Alberta. Ontario just keeps getting worse and worse, and when we saw what our money bought us for a home in the Calgary area vs GTA, it was a no brainer. A logistical nightmare, but a no brainer. Finally gonna be a home owner in an affordable city/province.

So, I'll be joining the home gym crew. Any recommendations on the best place to get a rack and some weights in the Calgary area? Can't remember if anyone here is from the area...
