As much as I wanted to go back to the gym, I can’t work out with a mask on. I already have a good bench, weights and dumbells, so i decided to buy a lat machine. Got a good one from valor fitness. A bit difficult to assemble though.

We get the same thing in Tx. not advising against per say, but stating if you are doing strenuous exercising you are not req to wear a mask. Everything else........ wear a mask. My gym is so small and they know me now i dont even wear a mask at all, they just check my temp at the door then let me go.
Salty.......... like Extra salty.......

I can’t speak for other gyms but I use a ‘health club’ who also run private hospitals. One of their selling points is that they’re using the same ventilation systems they use in their hospitals so are supposedly safer.
It’s also massive and you’re a good 8-10ft away from the nearest person at all times on the gym floor when it’s busy (hardly ever as it’s on the expensive side).Strong & Unstable

They were pretty tasty and I added a tsp of vanilla casein to the Banana isolate to make the frosting
thicker cause as you know isolates don't thicken up too well. This isolate actually works pretty decent
for overnight proats which is surprising for a straight isolate but I think the other ingredients that are
added help thicken it slightly for proats.

We have a local lockdown situation here, so it’s counties being locked down as and when.
Anyway, the county across from Manchester, Liverpool, were the first region to go into the highest tier 3 lockdown and they closed their gyms, enforcing it with police enforcement and large fines. There was one gym owner who refused to close and had armed response officers in attendance the first morning.
Fast forward a week and Manchester went in to tier 3 but they allowed our gyms to stay open with no real explanation as to why there’s a difference. They’ve then had to re-write the rules for Liverpool to allow them to re-open and write off the aforementioned gym owner’s long string of fines.
Our government couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery.Strong & Unstable

I am in Belgium, I cannot complain, we have been green flag racing in gyms, no restrictions, not bull**** since June, but now the country is getting its dick slapped because people didn't take their **** seriously and covid is spiking again.
I built a quality home setup that got me through 3 months of closure earlier in the year so I will be okay at home for another month(s) but gyms being open was great. The weird thing is most Belgians have been respectful of the mask rules, the distancing rules etc. I'm sure not all, but people have not been blatantly ignoring policies, so it sucks to have been compliant and still incur setbacks.Stay Frosty

My city just declared all businesses essential at the beginning so we never had any closures at all. Great being out in the middle of nowhere with a mayor who thinks Newsom can choke on a cock.
