2020 Part 6: preworkouts & forums

Thanks guys. We got to the hospital on 3/29 at 6 PM for the induction. My wife was a straight boss. Zero complaining. Got the epidural around 330 PM on 3/30. Finally got the go ahead from the doctor to start pushing at 930 AM on 3/31. Baby was facing “sunny side up”, aka face up instead of face down so we got told it was gonna be a tough delivery.

Two hours of pushing later and ZERO crying from my wife, doctor said the baby wasn’t gonna be delivered without assistance and strongly encouraged the use of forceps (those metal tong looking things). So we went with that, and after two pushes, the baby was still not moving and the doc ordered a C Section.

So after going through contractions, getting an epidural, AND pushing for two hours (grand total of like 40ish hours), we got a C Section instead! Had a healthy, strong baby boy.

My wife is a badass and nothing I have done physically will ever compare.

helpful to anyone who needed advice about supps or really anything if he felt he could with.

Finally cracked open the Lean Whey PB&J flavor. Pretty strawberry dominant flavor with some PB aftertaste. It's a good change of pace type of flavor, but not one I'd want daily. It really does shine more in oats and a little PB added.

It’s good stuff. It’s been out here a little while and I’ve gone through a couple of bottles. They do a different one in very similar packaging called Ibiza Juice and that’s great too.

I grabbed a tub or 2 of protein since my time of repping for them and I noticed the change as well. Chocolate PB used to be gold. I could barely bring myself to finish the last tub I had. Disappointing. They didn't need to change anything up.

Has anyone experienced any issues with capcimax? I tried C4 Ultimate shred and God the pain i felt in my stomach after 2 days using it.
