I picked up a tub of Game Day Fully Loaded last week and have used it a couple times already.

I dont know how I missed this one, but I think its pretty dang good. I forget which ingredient does what but Ive had 3 really good, above average workouts with it.

Choline bitartrate is a poor form, doesn’t cross the blood brain barrier very well. It’s good for your liver though.

As a nootropic you want Alpha-gpc or citicoline

I remember having 2 samples of that Game Day and I felt NO energy from it because of the 200mg of
L-Theanine and for some reason that natural caffeine just doesn't hit the same as anhydrous also that
amp berry for me is USELESS it kind of reminds me of Dendrobium another ingredient that has NO
effect on me.

It was Fully Loaded and the profile is good and I don't mind the Choiline cause they used a respectable
dose but that 200mg of L-Theanie,natural caffeine, and amp berry in my opinion could have been substituted
with other more effective ingredients for energy.

I had the real thing and hated it, so I couldn't bring myself to buy a tub of the flavor. The cereal had a real chemical taste. I had 1-2 bowls and threw it out.

For the price and convenience it's hard to beat Orange Brainwash unless you wanted to be more minimalistic with just things like Alpha GPC/Citicoline, ALCAR, Huperzine etc.

Ahh thanks for the recommendation. To be honest, I have never heard of this supplement, but the ingredients seemed solid. And I have tried Controlled Labs before and they are legit. Will order soon.

Alright fellas, I need a pre workout recommendation. I like small scoop size and just need mostly energy, focus and if there is anything that aids in performance or recovery that’s a plus. Caffeine over 200mg and I don’t want bulks like BA, creatine, betaine, l-Citrulline etc. They’re cheap and I can buy and add.

And either limited or no exotics.

Suggestions?

Check PMs, has a few of the things you didn't care for but for the BOGO price it's a great profile. Been liking it myself a lot lately, taste is a bit meh, mostly due to the black pepper extract.

I wish it didn’t have DMHA but that’s a good profile especially at 2 scoops which is only 11g. Not bad at all.

have u tried there GDA? ive seen ads on it on social media but didnt know of anyone that had tried it yet

I haven't tried the GDA but the profile looks pretty solid. I would prefer for ALA in a GDA, but they seem to have everything else covered nicely. I typically use Morphogen Nutritions GDA, but never need to go to the full dose.
