Anyone use cinnamon regularly to manage blood sugar, BP etc.? any legit ceylon caps? read cassia suppose to be toxic due to coumarin or w/e, might just grab the Simply Organic powder but not sure

I havent bought anything from them, i actually went cause my gym buddy mentioned there is a local guy that has a meal prepping company and hes worked a deal with that particular store as a drop off. So i went in to get one of his cards and they sell other brand products which in this case i bought a couple bottles of zero cal/low call sauces for my meals. He just offered me a sample of that protein mix and im not one to turn down a chance to try something before I buy it. But it was stupid good.... almost too good to be true good so i started researching and saw nothing anywhere on the product.

I take 500mg of citrus bergamot a day. I have noticed it improve my HDL numbers; minimal impact on LDL.

which barbell flavors are best... picking up two boxes. I had salted peanut and they are awesome. RIght now I have white chocolate almond and caramel cashew in my cart.... was thinking the hazelnut nougat might be good.... but suggestions?!?!?

I like them. I've tried all the flavors except white choc almond. In regards to flavors, this is just my opinion but this is in order of how I liked them.
Caramel Cashew: This is just good I was surprised. Caramel is good between salty/sweet and the cashew complemented nicely.
CnC: Pretty standard CnC w/creme being stronger and just cookie pieces throughout. Not like Quests CnC more like an oreo taste creme but not as good as oreo pieces.
Choc Cookie Dough: Like a lot of other cookie doughs it just tasted like a sweet dough-y taste. I am not against this just not cookie dough if that's what you're looking for. I still liked it.
Crunchy Fudge: This was okay. It was darker chocolate than a fudge taste but was thicker than the others I had. The little white balls on them were meh and if anything took away from the "fudge" that I think they were going for.
Salty Peanut: Think of a diet pay-day with fewer nuts. Not bad but if you aren't into peanuts you wouldn't like it, if pay-days are your thing then this is a solid pick-up.
Hazelnut Nougat: If you are into hazelnuts, think nut, not Nutella flavor, with some chocolate taste to it then you would like it.

Overall I'm a big fan of a few flavors and think it's worth a pick-up to try if one of the flavors catches your eye. I'm glad I did. Hope this helps.

Salty Peanut and Carmel Cashew are both outstanding, I also enjoyed their Hazelnut, but its hard to find

The Crunchy Fudge and Cookies and Cream are two more flavors worth trying
