We were reopening most of the stuff in the prisons for a few weeks, transfers too; then a mass amount of cases at multiple prisons and we are back on pretty much lockdown. Works for me.
Only 4 known cases where I work.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Back in May I posted up a few pages back about me having some Golfers Elbow in my right arm and
I also posted a list of joint and tendon supplements that I take daily. I know how I got the Golfers
Elbow and I had taken my usual 2 week break from weight training which I do usually after training
anywhere from 5-6 months straight usually 5-6 days a week. When I got back to training I made a slight
mistake and I usually add the ab wheel in one of my 4 ab workouts a week. The first week I did 3 sets
of 15 reps which was perfect but the next week I jumped right into my usual 3 sets of 30reps which I
shouldn't have done and I should have eased my way back into the 3 sets of 30 gradually each week
such as doing 3x 20, 3x 25, and finally in my 4th week 3x 30 reps. At least now I know my mistake and
I WON'T do that again in the future.
I always like to give feedback whether good or bad on supplements that I try so first off I would like to
THANK! forum member eatyourspinich for looking at the list of supplements that I posted and seeing that
I wasn't using Black Seed Oil and recommending it to me. He also mentioned to make sure I found a brand
with a good Thymoquinone percentage which is the active ingredient that helps for the reasons that people
take such as improving skin, hair, and inflammation. I was taking it for inflammation and since I had been on
Cissus for a straight 6 months I figured I would take a month break from it while using the Black Seed Oil.
I did some research and I looked at many different brands and read a lot of feedback and I decided to go
with Maju Superfoods. I dosed 2 caps a day for the first 2 weeks one with breakfast and one with dinner
but after two days I switched the dinner dose to lunch because I felt like it slightly keep my from falling
a sleep. There are NO stimulants in Black Seed Oil but others tend to say you feel slightly more alert when
you take a dose and that's what I was probably feeling when I went to bed more alert where I should have
felt more like wanting to sleep. Not everyone is going to feel this and actually many say they sleep better
when they dose it at night so like I always say supplements effect everyone differently.
During the first 2 weeks I ONLY did PT movements to help with the Golfers Elbow and I had already been
off from lifting 3 weeks prior and just did PT work. After day 14 I didn't really feel much of the effects yet
from the BSO so I decided to poke a small hole in one of the caps and rub the oil onto the spot on my elbow
where I felt the discomfort and I did that and continued with my other 2 caps a day. By day 19 I definitely
felt a difference in my elbow and the way I could tell was when I lathered my hands with soap and rub them
back in forth. When I first injured my elbow the movement of my hands rubbing back in forth with soap I
could feel the pain so I knew this would be the way to test when my elbow was on the mend by the motion
of my hands moving back and forth when I was washing and of course I was washing them A LOT during this
Covid19
Exactly 3 weeks after starting the BSO I'm ecstatic to say I started weight training lightly and carefully
selecting movements that didn't irritate the elbow. I feel like resuming training has helped put more
blood flow into the elbow and along with the BSO it's got my elbow now at 5 weeks feeling at 90% so
YES the BSO has helped and I'm glad I went with this brand cause they actually reached out to me
after my purchase and THANKED me for choosing their brand and they wanted to know what was my
intent for using BSO. I explained my elbow issue and they recommended the best way to dose it along
with a recommendation of rubbing some of the oil from the caps onto my elbow which I felt did make a
difference when I did. Overall if your looking for something to add to your already regiment of joint and
tendon supplements I would recommend Maju Superfood Black Seed Oil. I'm a HUGE fan of Cissus and
SNS is the brand I recommend and consistently use so that is a joint/tendon supplement I always
recommend to have in your arsenal but if you wanna add something else then this brand of BSO is the
one I would try out. I'm on my 2nd jar and hopefully when I finish it my elbow will feel 100% and I might
save BSO as a inflammation weapon to use when I need a break from Cissus.
Once again HUGE thanks to eatyourspinich for the recommendation and I'm someone who LOVES training
so when an injury sidelines me I'm more than happy and appreciative to find a natural supplement that
can help me get back to doing what I LOVE!Last edited by superhuman67; 07-01-2020 at 05:44 AM.

Celedrin and Cissus are great add-ons to a standard joint supp for those looking for something extra.
I have heard hit or miss things with collagen, worth looking into.
Solgar No 7 is pretty good for a surge, wouldn't run it regularly
DMSO is amazing for soft tissue, of course, you could always go the peptide route.Stay Frosty
