    Supplements for each workout?

I try to workout 2 tines a day. My second workout is much lower intensity then my morning work out. Do i need to use suppliments everytime i exercise? Or is the 1 time a day enough? I really want to maximize my gains but am i defeating the purpose if i don't use suppliments?

Supplements are meant to fill in gaps in your nutrition.

So the first thing is: do you understand what nutrition you need (on a daily basis) - and what you are getting? If so, then you should know what you need to fill any gaps.

I agree 100% plus you need to gage what you need for your workouts based off how they make you feel. A lot of supplements are once per day so read the labels and reviews and keep that in mind. If one workout is harder than another then IF you do supplement I would around or based off that workout.

Your workouts may not be spaced far enough apart, you may need more/better sleep, your split might suck, you may need more/better food.
