One interesting angle is we were due for a big correction anyway and Corona being the trigger for it is actually going to run interference for Trump for the election where it wouldn't have been able to normally. If you remember a lot of people pulled money out a while back anticipating a correction this year.

Corona very easily could actually save Trump for reelection. Obviously the correction could have happened after the election or in 2021 2022 etc but we were definitely due.

32 million americans have been affected by the flu this year. 18000 have died from the flu.. this virus isnt some super dangerous virus. It's basically the flu. It's been devastating for china. But china has no social safety nets, is a 3rd world country, and the central planners have not the slightest clue how to treat it.
