    Shoulder impingement

    Hey trainers,

    Quick question, I’ve started getting bad impingement in my left shoulder from any overhead exercise. Never been a problem after a lifetime of training till now.

    I’ve noticed that my left scapula is winging a lot now too. I feel it when I sit in a car seat or lie on my back. I can feel it protruding whilst the right side is fine.

    Anyway, any routines that can train my serratus anterior to function a little better and any tips to help relieve the inflammation would be greatly welcomed! I’m stretching pec minors a lot too, anti-inflammatories etc.
