    Between you and me, I'm getting sick and tired of lifting these pissy ass weights and pretending its a workout!

    These are not workouts, they are stress releases and barely efficient at keeping what I earned for 30 + f'in years.
    I want to throw 150% into my training and this musters up maybe 10%. Maddening some days!





    Anyways, you can go on the over 35 misc. to read people b*tch, whine, and tout conspiracy theories and government cover ups.


    I'll keep it real up in here.
    Today we're (well maybe not you but me) am going to talk about that which is often not discussed;
    Jizz volume
    and
    PC muscles

    So like I'm gettin' a little older and I used to pizz a lot before but its even more now, so I got the bright idea to do that Kegel exercises for males and purposefully have been interrupting my pizz stream 3-4 times per pizz for the last 2 weeks now.
    I just felt the need to tell you that.
    Anyways, its kinda working but I had to think about the differences...so to sum it up I drink the same amount but pizz less frequently with more volume.
    In 2 weeks there have been improvements.
    and before some sick phuck confuses things in their wee minds, NO, I am NOT drinking pizz, just felxing my d*ck numerous times per pizz.
    Ya get it?

    ok, let's move on to Jizz volume and maybe even d*ck functioning.

    When the gym was open, I could paint the wall with my baby batter, 2 weeks after the gym closed things slowed down considerably.
    Now I'm barely able to get a finger painting compared to my usual Rembrandt.
    And that insatiable desire to phuck anything in leggings is just not there any more. Maybe because I don't get to go to the gym to see hawt chicks in leggings any more but I don't think that's really it.

    You see, I've thought long and hard about this (no pun intended) and I have come to a scientific answer as to why my jizz volume has decreased and its all because of some motherphucker in China who I guarantee has never stepped foot on a bb'ing stage.
    Here's how this works (in my head);

    COVID 19 concerns shut down the gym
    because the gym's closed I can't lift no heavy azz weights no more
    now, those heavy azz weights I used to use helped produce oodles of nitric oxide which kept my d*ck hard all the time and kept me raring to drop my posing trunks and GO!
    -that in turn produced ample amounts of jizz so my little DNA carriers would be ready at a moments notice to carry on my lineage, and boy they liked to travelled fast like they had a message to spread!
    But, now there's no heavy azz weights to lift!
    and I'm stuck here with my d*ck barely dripping any jizz, waiting for the restrictions to lift so I can either go back to the gym or buy myself some heavy azz weights so my poor pecker can work like it did before COVID hit.

    This has been my absolute worst experience since COVID hit.

    And that's where the Kegel exercises came in, to try to do something to better the functioning of my d*ck. Even if it won't produce more jizz volume, it has improved the functioning of my d*ck.
    And that ladies and gentlemen, is what is most important.

    My province doesn't have answers for that timeline yet, which is understandable. Hopefully for mid July so I don't have to miss my birthday squats, even if I can still do 405.

    I'm ignoring the scale until this next weekend. I'm fearing the muscle loss is equalling the fat loss.

    My weight is down a whole 1 lb. in 2 weeks (full reveal date to come). Which sucks because there's muscle loss to factor in there.

    My intent was to buy more weight plates yesterday and that did not work out. But I did get an EZ curl bar that will allow me to do some extra stuff with decent weight. There's some possibility for growth here too and that has helped bring me out of my funk.


    I've attempted to reply to Shane's post multiple times and bb.com crashes me then. I still have no idea when the gyms are opening here. The PU's are hitting more than I expected, my rear and front delts, tri's and chest are all getting hit but the biggest pump is still in my chest so that's my sign I'm doin' it right.

    I never used to have to be concerned about this stuff on here, imo this is bullsh*t. Raking in millions on supps and can't be bothered to figure out code from 1990 something. I also get the same thing, thought is was my crappy computer at 1st.

    Push ups became my unexpected nemesis during this.
    I started off with only 6 (total)
    I'm ending it at 10 sets of 14 with a widowmaker set of 20 at the end.
    I made progress with those and appreciate the idea I took from you, so thanks for the reminder.

    The notifications were sent out last week by email, the excitement ramped up every day the countdown decreased, plans were made not only to return but to reclaim ground that was lost. A last fitful night's rest, a day off of work taken, and an early rise born not out of anxiety but of excitement and anticipation.

    I opened the gym doors for the 1st time since March 16, 2020. I was met back with enthusiasm by the manager. I stopped, I took a long hard look around, I slowly inhaled, I stood there and felt for a full minute what I had once lost and now return to with a new appreciation for the luxury of being able to practice my craft.

    A tear came to my eye (srs).
    I am finally home!

    And today I wanted it all back.
    The heavy weight, the burning, the work, the sweat, the sound of 45's making their beautiful sweet music clanking, the pain, the inability to walk straight after a set...and by God I went out to get it.

    The form was not perfect like it used to be, the amount of reps available are not what they used to be BUT those will come soon and with practice.

    My goal is to return to pre-COVID weight and reps within 2 WEEKS.

    The losing fat portion of this program takes full effect June 29. That means I'm going eating much better and dropping fat AND I'm going to get my muscle back while doing it.

    I've taken a few hits for the team of humanity already during this pandemic, now I'm gonna go get what's mine.

    The DOMS goes through phases for me. "Numb" is day 1, "WTF did I do to myself" is day 2, and days 3 AND 4 are usually "I feel like I've been hit by a Mac truck".
    However it will go down, the pain is ABSOLUTELY worth it.

    I am simply very pleased with my work, results, and progress today...
    Yesterday I hand washed/sanitized 22 separate 45 lb. weight plates after using them, today was only 6 and a couple of 25's.

    Still super excited to be back lifting and today I was able to follow my normal pre-COVID Saturday routine of training, banking, and shopping all done before 11AM. I am also able to follow my former routine for the rest of the day but get to call it something different. People can irritate me quite quickly with their ignorance so what I used to call "staying away from them to stay out of jail" time is now called social distancing to the majority.
    That sounds nicer, so I'll go with that until something new comes up next month.

    Nice work put in. Those are some strong HS presses.

    The HS chest machines, dumbbells and leg press are definitely the most missed items from going to the commercial gym.

    Glad to hear the leg DOMs were appreciated.

    Must be nice to be getting back in the groove up there.

    Social distancing is definitely the phrase of the year! It looks like we will all be using it for a good while to come.

    As you pointed out, not a bad thing in a lot of ways.

    COVID in my city is on the rise still, averaging 50 new cases/day in my province but we have 2 major cities in the province whereas most have 1. But, we have nothing compared to the States.
    I am just extremely grateful to go to the gym man.

    Observations and possibly non-boring sh*t to read in a journal

    -full disclosure, I'm on TRT out of medical necessity but we can't go into depth with that on bb.com. I went into the 1st week back with the attitude of testing my strength and just hitting the gym again. My diet has been plain sh*tty. This is all new to me as I've never been out of the gym this long nor have I been on TRT for long, and my body has been doing some very unpredictable things like gaining multiple pounds after EVERY workout. I'm gaining way more muscle size than anticipated and putting on too much weight rapidly. I'm aware this is an odd "problem" to have but the scale is going up when it really needs to go down. Fact is, my ticker can't handle this for a long time.
    -After wrestling my with low grade Bigorexia I've planned to combat the above "problem" by transitioning back to my life style eating plan that was proving successful before COVID hit.
    -I need to be more mindful of over training. I don't mind the physical discomfort, I welcome it, but the mental side effects reared their ugly head this last week and the inability to obtain joy from anything on a few days was such a clear cut sign for me I cannot ignore it. 2 days in a row with weights is the new max, followed up by a cardio only day.

    We interrupt this boring program with a message from one of Brian's personalities that is currently in control, Fiend_73 himself;


    I want the pain, it signifies progress. I seek the burn to purge me of weakness. The clank of the 45's is sweet music to my ears. The limping and hobbling are but healing wounds and scars over battles fought across many wars and I carry them with pride. Sword and shield are my muscle and bone, and I aim to tear myself apart from the inside out while taking as many of my enemies as I can with me. I strive for Valhalla while sending them to hell. I want them to fear me, I want them in awe of what I do, I want them to learn that they are in my house where weakness of the mind is not tolerated but culled. I want them to know that by choosing to walk into my house they play by my rules, as I do when I walk into theirs'. But my house is not one of political correctness, it does not care what gender you are, what nationality nor religion you affiliate with and it most certainly does not give one single flying f*ck what kind of car you drive. Out here, in my battlefield, we are demonstrably NOT all equals on the gym floor. What makes you good here is your drive to succeed, to obtain progress even if you're 567 lbs. or 99 lbs.. Your progress is testimony to your CHARACTER. and that's the bottom line. When you're fighting YOU, you are in for the fight of your life. The strongest opponent you will ever meet is YOU. And if you've caved and are content lifting 15 lb. dumbbells for the rest of your life calling it a "workout" then GET THE F*CK OFF MY GYM FLOOR! You're kind was never what this was all about and never will be. We did not come to the gym to settle for mediocrity, we came to strive for excellence and self improvement. As long as my heart beats I will NEVER let your kind forget why you have the luxury of going to a gym and permit you disrespect my comrades further. When you walk into the gym doors, remember I am not stuck here with you, you are stuck here with ME!

    -when these guys stick their tongue out it really means they will drink your blood and steal your soul (srs)

    I can appreciate the fact of not wanting to gain excess mass to protect the ticker. It is a smart mans approach that is for sure.

    This little weight gain recently has pushed me past the "most I've EVER weighed" mark and has caused me some alarm. The goal was to move the scale down not up and I'm disappointing in myself getting caught up in that "mass" mentality, however briefly.

    Let me explain my diatribes a little.
    I can see from my journal's view count and my reps that you may be the only one posting consistently (thank-you) but there looks to be many more lurking.
    In addition to this, this journal is my test run for something bigger I'm going to do on social media.
    Journals are relatively boring, I want to not only log for me, but I want to teach or entertain in my journal.

    Your cerebral cortex, what separates you from the animals and gives you the capacity for higher thinking is a powerful tool. Apply your brain to your training as there are many ways to maximize progress without touching a weight. Jedi mind tricks such as visualization, knowledge of nutrition and basic bio mechanics, establishing the often forgotten about mind/muscle connection are but a few.
    Then there are the days you just need a BEAST to break down the gawd damn door. Your intelligence betrays you at this point, you begin to doubt your ability before the lift starts, leading to fear, hesitation, and intimidation. In 2 seconds your mind has defeated your will before you even start and thereby doomed your body to mediocrity.
    The demon you must become does not take no for an answer. The strategist gives the demon an order and the demon must comply, it is that simple. The demon does not need to think, he does. He takes no heed from logic nor what others have done before him, he answers to the beat of his own drummer with only a single goal in sight...to achieve the goal given to him by the strategist. There is no pain, no doubt, no fear, and no barrier that the demon considers insurmountable.

    Next time your under that bar, thinking about the extra weight you put on there, wondering how many reps you can do before you fail, worrying about how you're gonna get unstuck if you get stuck...
    you take a minute...and you ask yourself who you are and where you came from, and what it took from others to get you where you're at right now, who sacrificed what generations ago so you could have the privilege of being able to lift today. How many lives were lost from your ancestors, how many traumas were witnessed, wars experienced, and what did it take for great grandma or grandpa to get their azz on a boat so that they could provide a more hopeful future for their generations as they fled persecution and oppression.
    Now you ask yourself...
    are you gonna be the one to piss that away?
