    Lightbulb Have I got too fat?

    Hi guys, been eating in a surplus for a while now. Was wondering have I gained too much body fat and should I think about removing some of it??

    Too fat? Absolutely not.

    To me, you do have enough of a base amount of muscle built to warrant a cut if you wanted to do so. But if you wanted to continue bulking for a little while, I wouldn't see anything wrong with that either. At this point, what would drive you more, a small cut or continued bulk? What would you enjoy doing more at the moment?

    Some people get tired of eating in a surplus after a while of running a bulk cycle, so it may be refreshing a beneficial mentally and possibly for a "digestions reset" for you to run a short cut. Really up to you in this position.

    How much weight have you gained over this period and how much month on month.
