    Well the weight is coming off much better this time around. I’m back to work Monday too so that means another 12,000-20,000 more steps a day. 160 will probably be possible now

    This weigh in will be a bit off as it's the evening after a full day of eating and drinking. I've also been eating to hunger as I have unfortunately contracted Covid19 along with several others in my research group, starting to feel a lot better today though, home workouts starting next week.

    As I've been eating to hunger I will assume a small weight gain for the last and probably next week as well, but I'm worried about recovering more than weight loss at the moment. Hope everyone stays healthy.

    No loss this week. Workouts are different since lockdown. 30 mins elleptical or uphill run on my property for cardio. Progressive overloads with my bodyweight for workouts. Lots of abs! More muscle definition as a result. Im assuming im eating at maintenance and its harder as boredom is my enemy and makes me want to eat. That and my toddler and pregnant wife wants to snack all the time lol. Hope everyone is staying accountable and are being creative during this quarantine!

    Well I’m back to work and back to putting on 18-20k steps a day and didn’t see much of a loss this week I’m sure it will be better next week. Good luck keep up the good work everyone
