Official Jan/Feb weight loss was 22.1 pounds
I know I will be stalling here the farther I am going down but going 18 pound weight loss the next couple months.
UPDATE- not gonna be able to weight myself till at least till next month being that my gym is closed, so we will see what happens, gonna get in alot of cardio till then which is good change up from my weight lifting routine.

So for the past 2-3 weeks its been clean eating all week and major binges while at my camp. I have to quit this behavior as its unproductive and unhealthy lol. gaining 7-10lbs in two days and spending the week losing it all..I know its mainly water retention and poop from all the junk...but still.... Back down to 185lbs which is fine and makes it a loss of -5lbs and more this week from last weekend. Not going up to camp until at least the 14th so it's cool. Looking to drop to 175lbs for now before I maintain and add a little more muscle...

Took my weight and forgot to post before i headed out of town. Just got back from vegas. I know the number will be higher this Friday but will try and get some of the water weight removed and back to the raw numbers... but back on the calorie bean counting again. Going to lift tonight and go right back to the eating which got me lower. Hopefully can get under 300 by the end of April.

Bit more of a loss than expected but ive been eating at maintenance for over 3 weeks until last friday. Feeling MUCH leaner now! Down of a loss of 110lbs and this weekend will mark the 8month since i began this journey!! Really proud and cant wait to keep going and see all of you succeed and reach your goals!

Still coming back from vegas so i expected the weight to be a bit higher. A slight back strain my first session back. Taking it easy over the weekend. Then back to lifting Monday.

More of a steady loss this week. -1lbs. Didn't go to the gym much as my city is on lockdown/self distancing and gym is closed. I managed to find a few items and am using bodyweight to workout and dropped cals a little more than usual.
