    Rate my 2 year gym progress

    March 2018-175lbs 5'11 18 years old


    Starting maxes (estimations)- no prior lifting experience
    Bench 135
    Squat 155-165
    Deadlift 155-165
    OHP:65-75
    Chin Ups: BW 3x3-5


    Feb 2020- 182lbs 5'11 20 years old
    Bench:235
    Squat:315
    Deadlift: 325
    OHP: 145
    Chin Ups: 25lbs 3x5


    I am around 20 percent body fat. Back is definitely my weakpoint and I've been working on prioritizing it. I running alphadestinys novice program, fully body MWF. I would say I have been seriously training for one year as the first year i dicked around with bad form and bro splits along with improper dieting

    good gains except your body fat is too high. I'm 15 and and been lifting 3 years and i'm at 8%
