    Smile Honest Review Of C4 Carbonated By A Novice Lifter

    I was fortunate enough to get a 12 pack of Artic Snow Cone seasoned C4 Carbonated to survey. I am a fledgling lifter, I take zero enhancements other than an every day multivitamin and I am old lol (40). I completely need an item simply like this on days where I return home from working a 12-14hr move and still need to do a strong exercise with quality and center and results.

    This item DELIVERED only that.

    I have utilized other C4 preworkout items previously yet they have all been powders; this was my first time utilizing a premade/fluid form. I would take the can from the refrigerator and pop the top around 10 minutes before beginning my 5x5 everyday practice and would continuously drink it through the span of 45 minutes or somewhere in the vicinity. I would place it in the cooler subsequent to opening it through completing it and I need to state that the colder it got/the more it gradually it went to ice the more I cherished it.

    The flavor was a 9-9.5/10 for me - I cherished it despite the fact that I regularly lean toward "sweet" seasons over whatever else. Here's my 110% legitimate breakdown of a run of the mill use:
