So far the argument given by Bernie bros is that voting for him is an act of compassion for the disadvantaged.

If the government could create prosperity and economic equality, the 20th century would not have had a few hundred million deaths at the hand of governments promoting “the "greater good". And before you protest, Bernie CHOSE to honey moon in Russia. He CHOSE to go to Cuba, he CHOSE to praise elements of these authoritarian regimes. If Bernie just wants to bring in socialism from the Nordic countries, funny he didn't choose there to honeymoon. I'm not a fan of illegal immigration but how much money do we realistically spend on it? Less than half our tax budget goes to social services and illegal immigrants are using what 1-2% of that? Tops? So we're talking a few billion a year maybe. That sucks.

But what about the 738 billion defense budget Congress just approved for trump? Where's that money going? Israel. Saudi Arabia. And of course to Iraq and Afghanistan where we are maintaining wars just so that Ratheon, Lockheed, Haliburton, and a dozen other major corporations can keep siphoning tax dollars into their pockets and to their shareholders. I am much more concern d about this because over half my tax dollars go to it. If I paid 40k in taxes this year that means I spent 22k for all of the above and maybe a few hundred bucks on illegal immigrants abusing the system. I'm far more concerned with the defense budget.

If you're a self-sufficient person in America i'm not sure a change in president is going to have a drastic impact on your life. If you were paying quite a bit for childcare his proposal of free childcare would help. If you felt at the mercy of your medical insurer, as many do, then you would benefit from universal coverage and not having to worry. If you were from a lower or even middle income family, having school be paid for would be a huge burden lifted off your shoulders. Sanders wants to expand internet coverage, wants to help out minority people when pot gets legalized at the federal level, help them start businesses in the industry. When asked about reparations to the black community, Sanders didn't agree and said that money should be invested in those communities. He wants to invest in housing by building millions of affordable units.

You'll notice a lot of Sanders policies will help people regardless of their skin color because they're designed to help the lower and middle/working class. The corporations who control the country have the right believe that anything to help the working class is going against their interests and what America stands for.

1. Bernie's healthcare plan is going to save 60,000 lives. If you dont vote for him you are voting to murder fellow americans. Also if you havent heard the buzzword "disproportionally affected", it applies here so you would literally be voting to save mostly black lives in that 60k.

2. Most blacks dont know where the DMV is, how to get to it, how to vote or how to work the internet. Bernie will have this information posted at the liquor stores in the hood.

3. Blacks have not been challenged under Trump. You have record low black unemployment and life is getting too easy. Bernie knows you guys are capable of more, so thats why he is going to flood the job market with illegal mexicans plus get papers for a bunch of the current illegal mexicans. Then you can compete more with the mexicans for jobs.

4. Bernie knows you guys like weed so hes going to decriminalize it day one. He also knows most blacks cant do anything besides sell drugs, so hes going to let you guys legally sell drugs and make sure all the drug money doesnt go to the white devil.

5. Bernie knows black people like free chit. Thats why hes got a 50 Trillion dollar spending plan. If you do that math, that is $167k per person in America, not counting the illegals of course since nobody really knows for sure how many of them there are and its not like they fill out the census. Thats 17k in more free chit per year. That should keeep blacks voting democrat for the next 10 years.

6. Bernie knows you black people love committing crimes. Thats why hes going for parole reform so you guys dont have to deal with the costly bail process and you can get back out on the street to either commit more crimes or just enjoy all the free chit hes passed around.

Where are you getting your stats on the economy from? The stats Trump is using to say the economy is great are a) employment numbers, and b) the stock market.

A) more people are employed now yes, but quality of employment dictates quality of life. Most of those new jobs are part time and low wage, so those workers' lives are stagnant rather than improving. Do those jobs employ them enough to pay all their bills? Can they save enough to start a business of their own? Many people work 60+ hours a week at low wage part time jobs and still can't afford to start their own businesses, but it's completely legal to pay people such low wages. That law needs to change for employment stats to mean anything.

B) stock market success does help poor people or the working class. Especially since the fed has been basically printing fake money for months to prop up the stock market which is going to crash any day now. This does nothing to help the situations of working people.

??? Stock market doesn’t just benefit the rich. The statistics show people in US making more money than ever before.
