    Thinking about switching creatine brands

For about the last year and a half I've been on the standard Muscletech creatine, 5 grams a day. I've been satisfied with the results physically but would like to switch to something that will increase my strength, so thinking about trying out the AX German creatine. Is this something that could be beneficial or not?

Also is it necessary or a good idea to do a loading phase on the new product? I skipped it the first time before starting on the Muscletech, but Im considering loading before starting on the new brand.

    Any opinions would be appreciated.

You do not have realistic expectations of creatine if you think changing brands will yield more strength.

If you wanted to try something new & different, I would switch creatine forms before I switched creatine brands.

All you need is the proven monohydrate.

If you're dead set on switching brands, check out "Naked" creatine, 2.2lbs(200 servings) for $20 is hard to beat.

You're really overthinking it, just stick with whatever monohydrate you've been using. Muscletech is fine.

Yeah I agree with the others, what you have is fine. Creatine won't magically increase your strength. That micronized one you're using is actually very good. Rather than thinking of changing your supplements (which honestly contributes to very little in the long run) consider focusing on exercises that will build your strength.

Also, you don't need to load creatine. Considerable waste imo when we already have creatine in our system without supplementing it. You can use it endlessly with literally no issues.
    Just keep on going.

    .
How do you know those results are from creatine and not from only working out?
