When should I take fat burner pills whilst intermittent fasting

I've been intermittent fasting for over a month now and I want to start and take fat burner pills to see and try to make me lose weight faster. Now on the container, it says to take it with your breakfast and since I do a 16:8 fast I skip breakfast. The question is: when do you feel like it's the best time to take the fat burner pill whilst doing a 16:8 fast?

The main function of most 'fat burners' is actually to suppress appetite. So take them at a time when you feel hungry but aren't likely to be able to eat for a while.

There aren't any legal fat burning pills on the market. And anything worth a damn, like ephedrine and yohimbine need to be taken in the absence of food. Whatever you bought isn't going to do much.
