    Question Too much bellyfat?

    I weight 83kg
    I started working out on january 1st.
    Full body workouts 3 times per week (no legs). Abs workout everyday. No cardio.

    I dont do leg workouts because i think my legs are too big already. always been due to my genetics. Basically my genetics makes me gain fat on butt and my legs

    I eat healthy, zero alcohol. I try to eat atleast 4 meals a day.

    I feel like my belly is getting fatter the more i workout, is this supposed to be happening or how can I prevent from this happening. I would want to see my sixpack in the summer. Thanks and sorry for mispronounced words I am Finnish

    Don't skip leg workouts even if you have big legs.

    It could be bloat, but it's hard without pics. Are you doing measurements of your waist?

    Well you can get fat by eating too much healthy
    try eat 75-85% of what you eat now in kcal...….(+more protein less carbs)
