I weight 83kg
I started working out on january 1st.
Full body workouts 3 times per week (no legs). Abs workout everyday. No cardio.
I dont do leg workouts because i think my legs are too big already. always been due to my genetics. Basically my genetics makes me gain fat on butt and my legs
I eat healthy, zero alcohol. I try to eat atleast 4 meals a day.
I feel like my belly is getting fatter the more i workout, is this supposed to be happening or how can I prevent from this happening. I would want to see my sixpack in the summer. Thanks and sorry for mispronounced words I am Finnish
