It’s plausible because the game has progressed so much in the last 30 years. The way he tired out Wilder was very reminiscent of Tyson v Holyfield.
Problem for Fury is Tyson fought Holyfield in 1997. I would put my money on 1988 Tyson every time.
This. You have to remember Tyson could drop someone with a body shot in his prime. If his hands touched your head its over
Deontay Wilder is a respectable fighter but hes no Mike Tyson

Prime Mike Tyson, he would have to be incapacitated to be stopped. He never let them have a chance though. He was an unstoppable animal. You hit him, he hit you twice as hard. IIRC, he threw punches that tossed fighters across the ring. How do you defend or recover from that.
Did not watch the Fury fight as most boxing matches are boring thanks to Mayweather dancing around the ring like a phaggot, wearing opponents out and then tapping them on the chin for a knockout or just jabbing for points. No Cliffs

There has NEVER been someone as explosive, aggressive and powerful as Mike Tyson. He was "mostly" a Gentleman in the ring as well after the fights. He was a Xhamp you wanted to see defeated but he defeated himself unfortunately.
Last time I ever remember gathering together at a friend's place for a fight. Even though we knew it might only last under a minute.
I mean...really?

iron mike would whoop all of them at the same time in a street fight. lol Wilder would come in swinging, miss and probably hit himself. big Fury would just be dancing around and singing to assess the situation and little floyd and manny and doesn't have the power to damage mike.
mike would literally kill them all, all at the same timeSubjecting yourself to self imposed discipline is the surest way to increase the quality of your existence

Hard to say.
Fury would probably win in a boxing fight, while Tyson would win in a street fight. It would be a great fight for sure, inside the ring and it could go either way.
Tyson would beat Wilder easily and Floyd +
+ Pac is a joke because of the size difference.
By many boxing experts / fans Mike Tyson - while everyone agrees he was a beast - is regarded as the most overrated boxer of all time because so many casuals think he was GOAT. Case in point, see the post above by Thenamenottake.Real Madrid, Miami Heat, New York Jets.

Not sure how many of you have actually seen a "PRIME Mike TYSON?"..probably one of the fastest people ive seen.Strong, bob and weaves, the head movements, the aggression, the power lb for lb..Im not saying he is the best in the world as everyone is beatable. BUT i would have to put my money on him vs anyone.."as long as the match ends in the first 6 rounds"
!!!!DONT LIKE ME?..DONT AGREE!!!...DONT CARE!!!!..."drops mic"...PEACEOUT!!!

Completely unimpressed by "Fury". There is no Fury and he leaves so many openings for a trained fighter. His highlight reel is lackluster.
It's why I don't watch boxing anymore. Fat, out-of-shape, untallented kunts inside some ropes.Boring. And that includes Mayweather. No Cliffs

Fury would not be able to land punches on mike tyson like he landed cleanly on wilder.
Mike also has wilder power but in both hands, from all angles and not just the straight right.
Mike would slip through the jabs and nail fury with vicious body punches and hooks to the head once his head comes down.
No contest really.
And if fury would bring the fight to Mike tyson and create an infight, like he did to wilder, even better.Cobra Kai never dies!

You mean in 2002 when tyson was way past his prime, addicted to drugs, a terrible fighter compared to what he used to be, and simply only fought for a paycheck? Lol.
Might as well mention kevin mcbride or danny williams who also beat tyson in 2005. Never heard of them? Probably cuz they were nobodies and still won.
Show me an infighter who matches Mike Tyson who fought fury. Good luck.
You're delusional if you think fury can simply stop tyson up close simply by clinching alone.Cobra Kai never dies!

Tyson was built to do one thing and almost to perfection. he was explosive but fast to protect. His jabs were closer to punches. And his punches were like getting hit with Semi-trucks.
Fury was a tall-fat-fatty and that's it. Tyson was like 5'9", 240 of stone, Fury is like 6'3" of general stature.
Mike would charge with no fcuks given, pound him inside and then make his head into watermelon. No Cliffs

Fury is 6'9" and 270-something pounds. Even at Iron Mike's peak, when fighting guys above 6'4", he had to go the distance (Mitch Green, Tony Tucker, James Smith).
And Fury's demonstrated that he has a tough chin. Honestly, Iron Mike would have trouble against Fury.أشهد أن لا إله إلاَّ الله و أشهد أن محمد رسول الله

Tyson had two main things going for him. Power and accuracy. He hit you where he wanted to and it was with vicious power. Head for a knock out or in the kidney/liver where you couldn't continue. He was also very fast with his strikes and defense. It was like a missile strike. Haven't seen anything like him in any combat sport.
I think the closest I've seen is Tyron Woodley. He's just a beast. Jon Jones kills people but not in the same way...and PED/drugs (known). I like to see Tyron murder opponentsNo Cliffs
