    Crossfit

    Hey guys!

I have been doing crossfit for almost 1 year now, and I am starting to feel more fit (and strong for every month that goes by).

But if I want to have the body like a bodybuilder, is crossfit then the right way?

    Thanks in advance!

Second by second, you lose the opportunity of becoming the person you want to be.

If you want to look like a skinny girl with some muscle, do Crossfit.

If you want to look like a bodybuilder, follow a bodybuilding program that focuses on strength and hypertrophy and not work capacity.

But in some way, it's a good thing to start with.

Far better ways to build a beginner level of strength and work capacity without the injury risk.

^^this. Even a basic strength program along with caloric surplus and rest is a far better choice than Cros****. Cros**** is good for one thing and one thing only, being better at Cros****.

    No.
Specifically building muscle requires a protocol that inhibits hypertrophy.
While crossfire in general can help average people gain some muscle that is not it's purpose.
You need to explore bodybuilding protocols that usually require training specific areas of the body on specific days and training intensely to get a muscle growth response.
Muscle trying to adapt to the stress given to it.
In addition you need proper nutrition diet to support growth and enough rest to recover from training.
Ill be the first to say it's not easy and will require a lot of dedication if that is your goal.

I don't think CF allows enough recovery time
