I am 100% with you that Jeff Cavalier with Athlean X is the man when it comes to new variations for exercises. He provides me with so many uniques "tweaks" to common exercises that I would normally perform. I find that when I do something that's a little out of the box at the gym, I can feel people watching me and trying to understand how/why I am doing an exercise in that manner. Kind of a cool feeling. Haha, either that or they think I'm a complete idiot. But let's hope it's not that, haha.

Doug Brignole has some good biomechanical exercises that are the safest and get the most bang for your buck and to me most make sense

Honestly if you don’t watch anything from DLB you are missing out. She’s got some out of the box thinking on movements that makes it fun and motivating to try. It pushes you to get out of your comfort zone. Also these two guys on Instagram called stad0203 & burntreality. Motivating !

I find that watching form videos from multiple different sources allows me to find my “correct median position”. it’s been very helpful to me so far.

When it comes to advice nothing beats BB.com! I love the brutal honesty of the misc.
