do you not realize that many non nattys reached the peak of their natural physique, say 6ft 240 lean, BEFORE they became not natty only so they could then surpass those limits imposed only by genetics and biology, and do MORE work and harder dieting than non nattys can without overtraining?

Naturals seem to be smaller overall, less lean, less dry, more streamlined and weaker.

The wow factor is usually not there.

Take me, a lifetime natural. Ive been lifting about 21 years. Always lean. Put me in a big shirt and you can’t even tell I’ve ever lifted. It kind if sucks lol.

Basically naturals can be either small and lean, like me, or bigger and soft. Not usually big and lean together. The whole fitness industry is warped. The average person looking in from the outside is absolutely clueless.

Not everyone has the genetics and natural levels at 20 to even bench 250 after several years of lifting.

So a little bit of minute maid in your 40s will only get you back to your 20 year old self. Never allowing you to progress beyond your natural limit.

Huh, cool. Strong family resemblance. Looks a good deal like my dad/uncle/cousins. Longer legs and a relatively short wide waist so makes sense that he would be a natural for deads.

To me the pinnacle of natty is probably John Grimek, he competed in the 30s and 40s. He was 5'8.5, 208 lbs and maybe around 12% BF. This sounds about right if you have amazing genetics for a natty.

Yes, he was lifting more than any of them could, in the gym religiously & never looked anything like them. You don't get to look like these people do naturally. Look at bodybuilders off season, look at Hulk Hogan, Ultimate Warrior, Rick Martel & the other WWF guys from 1992 after Dr Zahorian got convicted & the mainstream media were all over them & compare their physiques to the years before.

I've glanced through everything, but it seems that people are just "saying" that they are natural. Like a he said she said type thing. If ur going to post some guy, post the proof alongside it!

The guys from like 70 years ago are alright since I'm not even sure if steroids were popularized, only the olympic guys used them. So they might be natural with the proof being that you couldn't even buy roids (still not sure).

Indeed, the delusion is incredible. They were around in the 1930's, people have to be deluded to think that athletes weren't using them from that point forward. All this they weren't being used by bodybuilders until 15-20 years after they were discovered-bs. Newsflash-athletes/coaches always have & always will take whatever shortcut is there at the time. If sports were natural then you would be seeing 10 seconds plus 100m finals. The number of home runs would be minuscule etc.
