I have lost 15lbs in 8 weeks i felt great for up until around a week or so ago where i have noticed my libido seemingly dropping by the day. Its still there but nowhere near as strong as it was, it feels horrible, my motivation is also down and i feel like its down to my lack of libido, i have been eating 0.45g of fat per day.

Assuming they mean .45g/lb, hope so at least. If not, we've found the culprit lol
OP, you are losing almost 2lbs a week. Do you have enough fat to lose to support such rate of loss? Be honest with yourself.
You could very well be going too aggressively in your cut, meaning your deficit is too high relative to your BF%. If that is case, it's not a surprise these symptoms are starting to creep up.Life is constant learning. Give advice about things you know. Ask questions about things you don't.

Sorry yes .45g/lb of fat, I started at 175lbs now 151lbs, 5ft6 maybe the rate of fat loss was too quick, i felt amazing though up until about a week ago, the previous 7 weeks i felt great in and out of the gym and libido was still high as ever, iv'e lost zero strength and can see a huge difference in the mirror. Last year i had abs at 140lbs and was happy with my physique my goal has been to get to the same weight and hopefully bigger and leaner after dirty bulking ( huge mistake) like i say i felt amazing the first 7 weeks even at this rate of loss but this past week i feel like i hit a brick wall and libido is way down.

Had exactly the same problem. Cut for months, intensified (1500 cal deficit) towards the end and lost all my libido before I could notice it. I ended my cut too abruptly at a party and binged the following week, libido only came back this week, 2 weeks later (semi binging right now, going back to a slight cut). Now it's as strong as ever.
Chronic lack of fat and a few other nutrients will cause this, once your body runs out of specific stores, certain bodily functions will always suffer. I think you even run out of actual materials to actually make cum..
I also suspect the stress put on your mind and cortisol doesn't help, as you get into a mindset that would have you focus your energy expenditure solely on finding food in ages past.
