New to the game!
I need of some info. I have seemed to put on weight since weight training. I started at 93kg in Nov now I'm 97kg. I'm not to sure of my body fat % back then but I am not at 23% height of 5,11 or 180cm.
Need of some help to get this body fat down with weight.
Thanks in advance

Caloric deficit is what you need to be eating with cardio to reduce your body-fat. Depending on your TDEE (Caloric Maintenance Ratio), you need to eat at least 200-300 calories under it so your body is FORCED to burn off the general fat. You can keep doing weightlifting to obviously grow general muscle mass but you need to be strict with your diet to begin with. It's time to cut.
if you need someone to chat with, don't hesitate to shoot me a PM.
