Evertime I try to squat, the next few days I get a very strange numb-like feeling in my middle back (right at the mid of the spine, around it). Not constant, like 3 times a day for 5 seconds. It feels like something is sticked on my back in that spot if it helps. This feelings happen only while squatting (not even while doing lunges with the barbel or leg press).
I dont have any pain nowhere in my back or my hips tho, so this makes it even wierder.
I havent got to check with a physical therapist yet, but every personal trainer I have asked about this said they have no idea what it could be, they also checked my form, no problem.
I feel like I miss on many strength and mass building benefits by not doing squats, but I'd rather not do them if I put myself at risk.
