    Question Won't my muscles grow?

    Hello!
I would like to inquire about something. What happens if I don't take enough protein after working out?
For an example; If I should take 80 grams of protein per day after working out. And I only took 60 grams of protein. Won't my muscles grow or they will grow but slowly?
    Thank you!

Need more stats such as height, weight, age, gender, workout experience and some nutritional info such as calories and protein daily consumption.

Whilst at it you could throw up a full body pic as well as I am sure further questions will be asked related to your query.

Very demanding I am I know.

Until some of these questions are answered not much help can be given.

It would take longer and you would not recover as well from your last workout. In truth you might see gains at first but very little after.

You should get around .7g/lbs as well as no more than 30g per meal.

Agree with the 0.7g/lbs but not the 30g cap per meal if you are implying your body can’t process the protein beyond 30g (which it can and will). That said, spreading your protein intake throughout the day (which is maybe what you are saying here) can help optimize muscle growth better than lumping it all in at once.
