I recently started lifting but haven’t been able to do much and I have Been sick for a while so not really able give all I got. How do I find out if I have good genetics because i want to compete

Take a 23 and me test, it will tell you your muscle composition. Dont let it deter you though. I have the genetics of an endurance athlete, the opposite of a power lifter, yet I have reached borderline elite levels as far as strength goes.
Genetics will tell you if you can be the best in the world, hard work and knowing what to do will make you the strongest in your College or gym.

You can look at pics of Yates......in one year he was pretty buff
