Clearing up Roger Stone sentencing recommendation lies from the cult

    https://www.rawstory.com/2020/02/leg...ng-guidelines/

Sentencing recommendation was done in good faith. It followed guidelines.

“I note that the initial memo has not been withdrawn,” she said.

“There was nothing in bad faith with the initial prosecution team’s recommendation,” said Crabb.

“It’s not about bad faith. It was fully consistent with current DOJ policy, wasn’t that true?” Berman Jackson asked.

    “Yes,” Crabb replied simply.

“With respect to the second filing — you signed it. Did you write it?” the judge asked.

“I’m not at liberty to discuss the internal deliberations in DOJ,” Crabb said.

“Were you directed to write it by someone else?” she asked.

    “I can’t answer,” he said.

New prosecutor John Crabb, Jr. said he wanted to apologize to the court for the confusion.

"This confusion was not caused by the original trial team," he said. "The original trial team had authorization to submit" the original sentencing memo.

Crabb said he stands by the original sentencing memo, adding, "it was done in good faith."

The Justice Department and US Attorney's Office operate "without fear, favor or political influence," Crabb added. "This prosecution is righteous."

"The court should impose a substantial period of incarceration," Crabb added.
they aren't even allowed to recommend or agree to a sentence below the guidelines range without getting supervisor approval

Insane cultists will insist something else is true. Butt there it is. Trump says something and you have to go along with it because its easier to surrender your higher functions to a dictator.

Is there no limit to what people will believe if it is prefaced by the phrase,
