Hi All,
Looking for a workout program tailored towards shorter men 5'3 and under so we don't look to stumpy.
Is there any workouts we should avoid that will make our stature look even more disproportionate?
I am currently doing starting strength and the excessive squats are making my legs huge making my overall body look weird.

1. Most probably, you are not skinny fat, just fat.
2. It's the fat that makes you look stumpy. Watch your nutrition, eat less or eat low calorie dense foods = be in a caloric deficit.
3. If you think a muscle group is too big for your body or it is too big compared with the other muscle groups train it less: lower the weight or less volume. And concentrate on the muscles groups that are smaller. That's it!
I know I will receive some critics for this, but I also cannot understand some very short guys with big muscles that want to get bigger. (not your case, I am talking about advanced amateur lifters)
"bigger back" - why, dude, you want to be a square?

You couldn't get a picture with you standing up, with a full body shot? Hard to compare the rest with just a leg shot. But, with just that shot, you need work on showing the muscles better and maybe work on the Calves a bit as well....looks like you don't work on them at all

Weighted hangs from pull-ups bar. Won't actually fix the monstrous legs but if you can achieve arms like Mr tickle, people's attention will be directed elsewhere

We don’t need any specialized routines... I’m 5’2” and my height has only been advantageous in the appearance of my physique. Body fat is the culprit when it comes to looking “stumpy.” Maybe we look more... compact? But that’s not a bad thing, unless you’re after the lean model (not bodybuilder) look, but that would just require again less fat snd actually probably lifting less weight. I wish I were taller sometimes but being short has hella perks.
