    How often do you eat meat?

    Been looking into the carnivore diet but I'm not sure if my body is ready. I try to eat meat at least once a day, either a burger/fish/chicken. Do you brah notice any difference in how you feel if you haven't had meat in a while?

    i eat meat 5 times a day.

    I tried going a less meatless but still high protein route and my physique went to **** even on the same calories, macros, and workout routine.

    I did carnivore for most of last year and loved it. The benefits were very real for me.
    I fell off the wagon a bit, though. It's difficult to maintain socially. But I plan on getting back into it soon.

    I have been doing a routine of Monday at 6pm, Wednesday at 6pm, and Friday either at 1pm or 7pm. I eat kebabs, shawarma, and steak primarily. Give me some medium rare lamb and them chicken thighs.

    Pretty sure carnivore diet is just another fad, gluten free diet, vegan diet, paleo diet etc, it always attracts the same people hoping for it to fix their issues and swearing by it then a year later the same old issues return And they are left in denial

    Still eat a ton of meat but I can feel sluggish if I eat too much red meat or overly processed Italian meats. Started noticing this in my mid 20's.

    I'm currently cutting and consume at least 1.5# (cooked weight) of meat on a daily basis. Today was 7 ounces ground venison/lean pork with veggies/shredded cheese for breakfast, 10 ounce sous vide/reverse seared chicken breast with veggies for lunch, and dinner was a repeat of breakfast. (No carb non-training day) Training days are pretty much the same but with about 50g carbs added to breakfast and ~150g carbs during/after training in the afternoon.

    I wouldn't be able to tell you a difference in how I feel with/without meat because I have been eating at least 1-2# of meat/day for years.

    I eat 6 to 8 free range chicken eggs a day. Do you know eggs are the most nutritious foods of all? This is a fact, they beat meat hands down.

    I grew up as a hunter and trapper, as a teen this is how I survived in an extremely poor family. This requires much skill and knowledge about wildlife, eating snared rabbits and also deer, moose, beaver, muskrats, and raccoon and sold pelts for much needed money.

    I no longer eat meat and do not even kill a fly or butterfly. I own 12 shotguns and rifles of various calibers and a couple hundred thousand rounds of ammunition as well as a sh*t load of military type gear. A walking personal militia in these mountains of The Great North Woods.

    100%, and like all the other fad diets they base their claim on its "what our ancestors did" so therefore, it must be what is best for us in the year 2020 after we have designed our bodies from birth to eat nothing like our ancestors did.

    happens to me but only when i eat it with large amounts of carbs, like a sandwich

    i am 100% addicted to red meat, the only thing i ever crave, cant go more than a day without some.
