Question Wanting to Move Beyond StrongLifts

I had been doing Stronglifts a little over a year up until last April. In April I had a medical issue that prevented me from working out. I recently got back into working out and started StrongLifts again. I was thinking that with just getting going again with SL I thought this might be a good opportunity to move beyond SL into a new program. I was hoping to get some recommendations from the community on what programs might be a good next step from SL. Would to stay on a 3 day a week program like SL. For what it is worth I am a 42 year old male. Thanks, looking forward to the responses.
    Regards,

If you liked Stronglifts and it fitted your goals, then the logical progression is MadCow, even Stronglifts says so!

Faith in Jesus first and faith in squats second.
Then other details will start to slot themselves into place.
Diet restarted, target 69.x Kg, progress poor so far :(

Right, Madcow is a good next step if you've been running Stronglifts. Also some form of 5/3/1.

Sorry, just seen the the MadCow xls on Stronglifts site requires you to sign up for something. If you Google MadCow you should find it elsewhere as it's very popular (and not owned by Stronglifts). Even a few cheap phone apps for it
