I have been looking at supplements like "Animal M-Stak" and trying to find out if it's something I should try. I am 32 and most of the advice threads I can find on this topic are people who are 18 - 22 and the suggestions are to avoid it because they already should have good testosterone levels.
But, I also see a lot of reviews for this product that make it seem like it works for people who are plateaued or want to grow more. I don't have a problem eating more, so I don't need it for an appetite increase.
History:
I have tried one month of a testosterone supplement before, just some sixstar pills and didnt really notice a difference.
I currently take creatine daily, have been for around 1 year, and I just started taking beta-alanine daily. I track my calories and eat plenty of protein.
I have been lifting for around 1.5 years and I just want to cover my bases in case I am missing out on more gains.

I don’t think m-stak is your answer. If you’re plateauing then change up your training and maybe alter your caloric intake slightly into a caloric surplus which will help add size.
If you have a genuine concern re low testosterone, speak to your GP
