Hello everyone i am 23 years old and i am 393 currently I have weighed over four hundred pounds before I have currently lost in the last month almost 30 pounds.I am wanting more! please help me find more ways to lose weight with cardio + weights i want to be 220 and feeling great .What are more things i can do anything will help.

my friend i advice you to start creating a caloric deficit because working out alone won't do much
nutrition is key to weight loss
so your main concerns will be if you want fast results in order of importance
1-nutrition
2-sleep quality (this is number two because if you have bad sleep you'll ruin your diet)
3-working out especially cardio
4-water intake
and just read about the kinds of diets and find you can stick to
as long as you're within a caloric deficit you are all good
