I've been thinking about trying intermittent fasting again. Does that mean you don't drink your protein shake after gym gains? When I was doing IF, I would have my small cup of cafe con leche in the morning and a whey protein shake after getting my gains. I think I'm going to try it again.

I'm not super lean.
Not fat either just a little love handles.
I usually get leaner once the weather warms up, as I despise most indoor cardio.
But really to get lean just restricting carbs will do the trick for most people.
It sucks though cause like 40g of carbs daily is basically nothing.
Also eating relatively clean and drinking only water help.
It's not hard to get lean, just about being disciplined. The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.
That's why grandma's apple pie rocks and yours sucks.

He posted in the thread I linked earlier. He looks about the same as I did in my before physique wise. Hopefully by the time I'm his age I can build something similar to what he has but I wouldn't count on it.
Edit: The fact that I probably won't ever get to his level is not genetic either its that I doubt I'll ever put in the time to exercise and diet that he has. I can take responsibility for my lack of future successLast edited by TBO1313; 02-20-2020 at 12:52 PM.

I've waited far to long to ask this because I didn't want to seem like a potato but...
Does anyone here have any tips for taking physique pics? I know down lighting is preferred but what exactly does that mean? I just take mine in the gym locker room straight on after I workout because its easy. If you look at my bodyspace its all pretty much the same thing because I have no idea what to do. Any tips are appreciated.6'2"

So again my theory is holding pretty true.
I weighed 135 to 140 in 7th grade I wrestled at 135 I couldn't get lower to get into another class. I also played football and ran track started 7 events in track and started at multiple positions playing football.
Lack of training wasn't an issue and so wasn't overeating since we were poor (so poor that my shoe came off in a track meet cause the multiple splices of my shoelaces gave way)
10th grade Weighed 185 at 16 benching 250 weighed 195 at 17 benching 305 weighed 210 at 18 benching 335.I call my cawk Baby Yoda. Cause the whole world loves it.

So not too bad for a guy probably twice your age?
I suck at it seriously, but I have found that taking a short video while doing some simple posing helps. Then just pull some screen shots from the vid. On the other hand, that picture in the middle that I posted in the other thread was taken in my work bathroom. It has a crappy background, but I could always find the best lighting in the morning.**PUREBLOOD FOR LIFE CREW**

not worth it for me. i want to be lean and presentable and fit in my size 30 waist pants and look good shirtless and on the beach and naked. a 4 pack is just great. "6 packs are for teenagers and drug addicts." i want to be able to enjoy life - drink and eat what i want in moderation. considering all of the fat slobs out there, i feel like i'm in the top percentile. there is so much more to my life.
