i'm a beginner and i'm a month in doing icf 5x5. people say it should take about 90 minutes but i've been finishing my workouts in about an hour. i'm worried I might be doing something wrong like bad form/light weights. is finishing the workout 30 minutes early normal?
You're supposed to start with easier weights and ramp up - so probably no issue there. You'll find you want to take longer rests between sets when it starts to get heavy.
