    Bulking and Fat Gain

    Guys I am a long time member, just had to change my account. I have a question for any Natty that bulks to make gains, what do you consider ok for fat gain.

    I hit a peak at 196 at 16% could not make any gains at all, started bulking 3800 to 4000 positive cals, actual calorie intake sometimes peaked at over 5k with addition of burned cals added to the calculations. I have put on some strength and size, I am now at 212 20% and put on 4 inches on my waste, which is where I carrier body fat, doing the calculation I gained about 4 to 5 pounds of muscle and the rest is fat.
