    eating 2012 cals a day
    68g fat
    170g carbs
    180g protein

    i used to be 220lbs just fat
    im pretty much always hungry but ive always been like that

    Try eating lower calorie dense foods - more lean meat and fibrous vegetables. Replace any processed foods with these for more bulk vs. less calories.
