There's some milk which gives me 100kcal with 10gr of protein, what you guys reckon? is it good to drink? I kinda drink 3 glasses a day to replace water cause its yummy
is it healthy or na?

Once you got to FairLife you never go back, milk every day, their chocolate is amazing. I do love Rosa Brothers too, they have a lot of unique flavors, Cookies & Cream, Rootbeer, Orange Creamsicle, ect. though that is a more local brand.

The milk “gives” you the protein? You “kinda” drink it? Take charge man! Man up. Take that protein FROM the milk. Show it whos in charge. And don’t “kinda” it sorta. Drink it! Show it whos boss. You think bodybuilding is some kinda game???!!!!eleven

By default, a cup of milk in most brands will give 8-10g protein per serving. Basically agree with what post #2 states.
People don't do GOMAD anymore? lolCuring Disease.
