    Post Newbie needing help.

Hey guys so where to start.
    Im 28 male 6ft 3in and 435 lbs.
Without going into details of motivations and goals and dreams at the moment any opinions of good workout for an obese guy who has just gotten back into the gym?
I know the usual cardio and hit the elliptic but id like to mix cardio with strength training to lose weight.
Im looking to get to the point of exhaustion so sleeping is easier, i currently work in construction now so that coupled with this and proper diet ill lose weight at a good pace, im just kind of lost as where to start.

Fatloss will come from a low calorie, protein rich diet and a good beginners proven weight training program will maintain your current muscle.
If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough
