    My measurement is
    34 inch waist
    44 inch chest
    I'm 6 foot 1
    weigh 216 lbs
    also, can I get body fat estimate I'm guessing 18 percent

    Why would you bulk with that much bodyfat? What is your goal? If aesthetics is your goal, then bodyfat % is the most important factor. You need to get way lower. If strength is your goal, and you don't care about health/looks, then you could bulk.

    No offence of course, I just think a more appropriate bodyfat percentage to start think about bulking would be 12% or so. I also think you are probably higher than 18% right now.
    390 back squat
    240 bench press
    500 deadlift

    All lifts paleo raw (no belt no sleeves no wraps no nothing)
