How to fix protruding ribs, and how to gain muscle.

I started working out a few months ago and started off really well. Saw some big changes and gained around 20 pounds in just like 2-3 months. But now I seem to be gaining muscle, and mass in general, a lot slower. It’s kinda like I hit a road block. Also, the bottom of my ribs protrude a little and I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix them?

You could try breaking your ribs and moving them inward. Although i don't recommend that option. Otherwise: enjoy your genetics.

If your progress has slowed, try increasing calories. If you've gained 20lbs in a few months, you should be eating around 200 calories more daily.

It’s called a rib flare, when I lost a lot of fat I had it. I fixed mine by strengthening and building up my chest.

yeah i kinda have a rib flare as well. I think having a stronger core and better posture also helps so you can make sure your back isn't arched, which often causes rib flare
