Hello there!
I'm currently on a cut with an overall caloric intake of only 1800 daily. My diet is like eating at least 200g of protein (mostly from lean chicken, tuna & low-fat quark), low carb and 50-60g fat daily.
My bodyweight dropped from 96 to 91,8kg in about 2 months. I want to get in shape for the summer, so fat loss has a priority but of course I want to avoid to lose any muscle mass.
I take also creatine powder and whey (to get the amount of protein).
My Stats:
1,80m
91,8 KG
Please help me to estimate my bodyfat percentage and my weak spots.
Any advice/opinion is greatly appreciated !
