    am I finishing my workout too early? icf 5x5

    i'm a beginner and i'm a month in doing icf 5x5. people say it should take about 90 minutes but i've been finishing my workouts in about an hour. i'm worried I might be doing something wrong like bad form/light weights. is finishing the workout 30 minutes early normal?

    You're supposed to start with easier weights and ramp up - so probably no issue there. You'll find you want to take longer rests between sets when it starts to get heavy.

    you are beginner and it is ok for your body.you can increase your workout from day to day
