Fat? Yes, lose fat. Excess skin? No.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

Direct ab work will help tighten the muscles of the abdominal wall.
Unfortunately as mentioned above there may be lose skin if you have to drop a lot of weight.
Work on dropping your overall body fat through diet and exercise.
Research for yourself diet and exercise protocols for fat loss.
Pick something and stick with it.
Coffee or tea before you train may help get you going with your fat loss but don't depend on it or any pills that advertise the reduction of fat.
It comes down to hard work and discipline with a goal to achieve.
If you can't do it on your own hire a qualified trainer or coach to be accountable to.

i will do anything! I have big arms and a big chest but the stomach is so bad. do you think it looks really bad? i dont think its that bad to be honest because I went online and i found out so much worse fat than mine. my dad told me to do situps to get rid of it since when he was my age he had an 8 pack and in way better shape than me. i ****ed up by overbulking and listening to rich piana. before that i was very lean. i literally ate 12 meals a day and got huge but gained way too much fat.

Sounds like fat then. You have to dial in your diet. Sit ups will do nothing for you. It's going to be 95% a consistent diet of appropriate kcals, or even better macros.
