Is there anything i can to to get rid of my stomach fat. This is embarasing i hate living like this

If you lose weight, Most of that weight will be fat.
Some of the fat you lose will come from the midsection that you despise so much. How much of the fat you lose will come from there will be up to your genetics.
To lose fat you need to be in a calorie deficit. The stickies in the nutrition it fat loss sections are a good place to start. If you're not doing any resistance training then it would be a good idea to start but that's not what's going to help you lose the fat. You need to be in a prolonged calorie deficit to lose fat..... Resistance training tells your body to prioritize burning fat instead of your own muscle.Recent best lifts
