There is so much literature on creatine it can be confusing. It is allegedly is the most scientific studied supplement on the market.
I do not do any loading phase and I just keep the maintenance level of 5 g per day.
I am approaching 18% body fat and trying to get back down to 12% as I have been there before. I’m running a solid calorie deficit and I think I have the diet under control.
Is creating causing me to retain water? I feel that this percentage body fat I should be seeing more vascularity and cuts.
On the other hand creatine has much literature to back up more intense and better workouts than not using it.
Thoughts? Comments?
