    bad shoulder placement(while Pushups)

    Hi. my first post here, i have been training pushups for a year now and i have gained some muscle.
    however Recently have i been experiencing some shoulder pain while doing pushups. by recording my self have i discovered that my shoulder are Moving strangely when i'm doing pushups
    Can ya take a look at at my shoulder and tell me if something is off ?

    Pain could be due to muscle imbalances due to your chest getting bigger while your rear delts and back aren’t getting worked

    I think you got a point, I have extremely weak back/delts muscle compared to my chest/tricep

    I'15 and i have recently grown a little bit(height) I therefore also think my body haven't had enough time to build back muscles.
