Wait, what? Who recommended 0.3kg of creatine??

If you want creatine (which from the sounds of it, you don't) take 3-5g creatine monohydrate daily, and stay hydrated

I don't think the comma means what you think it does.

Take 3-5g for a couple weeks and you can drop it down to 3g on workout days to maintain saturation.

Max of 5 grams per day. Every day (or just most days), any time of day, in any beverage. No loading, no cycling, just 5 grams a day

I'm with rhadam here, there seems to be just a fundamental misunderstanding here lol.

If 5g is "too much" for your body, and he recommends 0.3g/kg, the most you can possibly weigh is 16kg. Which is not accurate.

But also I don't know why your trainer would tell you that 5g is too much, just take 5g a day and you'll be fine

you are getting enough. No need to load up on creatine. Remember you make about 1-2 g a day naturally and most omnivorous get about 1-2 grams from food.
