Any specific lift? Some combination of changing your grip or lifting long enough for callouses to form is probably the answer.

Is it surface/skin pain or inside your hand? If it's skin irritation then you can probably ignore and it will fade. If it's hand pain, then shift your grip and see if it improves. I've experienced this a number of times and it came down to a slight grip correction fixing it.

Probably an issue with grip. Try just messing around with light weight and see if there's a more comfortable position that works better

The pain you discribing is from bar pressure over relatively small area, kind of bruising the soft tissure. Wear gloves, especially the ones with good padding on the inside of palm. This will distribute the pressure over the larger area and stop the pain.

maybe try looking for thicker gloves? My gloves were thin and my hands were hurting bad. I found a good brand on Amazon and problem solved! I used to use Harbinger but I found a brand called BEACE on amazon and they helped

If you get this pressing, suicide grip. If you get it pulling, straps.
